You can now:

• Book and cancel an appointment online 
• Request a Repeat Prescription online

Register For Online Services

To use this service you must first register by downloading and completing an application form.

Click Here to Download an application form.

Once completed you must hand your application to your GP's reception team with some form of photo identification. This can be:

• Passport
• Photo Card Driving License.

Once your application has been processed you will be issued with your own personal registration codes. You will need these codes every time you wish to use the online services.

Please allow 2 working days for us to process your application.

You can only register to access your own appointments and repeat prescriptions, and you must be at least 16 years old.
